Standards Committee:
The Standards Committee, working with the association management company, handles violations and infractions of the CC&Rs and association Rules and Regulations.  The committee is comprised of the committee chair and a board member who serves with the chair on a month to month basis.  Each month a different member of the board is rotated through the assignment as the assistant to the chair.  Owners may report violations by submitting either a written or verbal notice describing the violation to the association management company.
